1. No Refunds
Once a payment has een processed for IPFighter services, it is considered final. We do not offer refunds for any payments, whether for subscriptions, one-time purchases, or any other services. This policy applies regardless of usage, change of mind, or any other reason after the payment is completed.
2. Subscription Changes
If you wish to upgrade your plan, you can do so at any time. Any upgrades will take effect immediately, while downgrades will be applied in the following billing cycle. When upgrading the plan, the plan price will be charged at full price, with the expiration date being the day you upgrade the plan. The upgrade will take effect immediately, while any downgrades will apply at the start of the next billing cycle. No refunds or prorated adjustments will be provided for downgrades made during the current cycle.
3. Billing Errors
In the event of a billing error or incorrect charge, please contact our support team within 14 days of the charge. We will review your request and, if applicable, correct the billing issue. Refunds for billing errors will be issued at our discretion.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
In very limited and exceptional circumstances, we may consider refund requests at our sole discretion. Any such requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase. Granting refunds in these cases is not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
5. Third-Party Payment Processors
Please note that any payment processing fees charged by third-party payment providers are non-refundable. IPFighter is not responsible for fees imposed by these third parties, and any disputes related to these charges must be directed to the respective payment provider.
