I. REGISTRATION & PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS

• Registration: To register for the IPFighter affiliate marketing program, interested parties must have an IPFighter account accessible by registering after downloading the software from https://ipfighter.com/download
• Condition for participation: Participation in the IPFighter affiliate marketing program is open to all, even if not a current IPFighter user. Participants can create an affiliate link and share it with their referrals. To join, reach out to IPFighter support Team via official support channels such as Live Chat, Facebook or Telegram.

II. COMMISSION FEES AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS

• Commission fee: IPFighter applies a default commission fee of 10% of the package value referrals pay. Currently, the 80% affiliate marketing program is taking place (December 1, 2024 to January 2, 2025), so those who register to participate in this program will receive a commission level of 80% in 6 months (from December 1, 2024 to May 31, 2025). The commission is 80%.. Once the program ends, the commission rate will revert to the default level or align with any specific terms agreed upon between the user and IPFighter.
• Commission Calculations: Commissions are calculated on a lifetime basis. They are initiated by clicks on the referral's affiliate link that result in the purchase of an IPFighter package.
• Minimum Payout: Commissions will be added to the account balance at "Balance" of the Referrals section available on IPFighter software. Payments will be automatically processed to the participant's account every Thursday. The minimum commission for monthly payments is $30, equivalent to 690.000 VND. If the amount in the Balance section is less than $30, the amount will be accrued to the next month.

  NOTE: In the following cases, the timeline for recording affiliate marketing payments may vary:

  1. If a referred customer pays for a package via PayPal, the commission will be temporarily withheld for six months from the payment date to prevent potential program abuse.
  2. If a referred customer activates the package using a CD key, IPFighter regrets to inform you that commissions will not be issued for payments made through this method.

III. PARTICIPANT'S RESPONSIBILITIES

• Behaviors:
  1. Participants in the IPFighter affiliate program do not enter into a contract with IPFighter; however, both parties are obligated to maintain a professional relationship.
  2. Participants are not to use IPFighter's available content, such as videos, posts, and blog posts, to communicate and to avoid confusion about the participant representing IPFighter.
• Prohibited Actions:
  1. Participants are prohibited from using any automated software or tools to search for or click on IPFighter content.
  2. When advertising, participants must refrain from using IPFighter brand keywords or directing ads to the URL ipfighter.com. In other words, the keyword "IPFighter" must be treated as a negative keyword.
  3. Participants are not permitted to share affiliate links within any of IPFighter's media content.
  4. Participants are prohibited from engaging in any fraudulent actions that could manipulate or negatively impact the IPFighter system.

IV. IPFIGHTER’S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

• Rights:
  1. IPFighter reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the affiliate link and withhold commission payments if a participant is found to be attempting to manipulate the system or violating the terms outlined in Section III: Participant’s Responsibilities.
  2. IPFighter reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the affiliate link at any given time.
• Obligations:
  1. IPFighter is committed to timely and full payment of commissions earned by participants.
  2. IPFighter is obligated to provide support for participants in the program and address any issues that may arise.
